Zour Cream (Dairy Free Sour Cream, also Vegan!)

Zour Cream

1 cup raw nuts (use at least ½ sunflower seeds—try almonds, pine nuts, etc)
½ cup lemon juice
½ to ¾ cup water
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper, or to taste

Puree in a blender or food processor until smooth.  Add more or less water depending on the consistency you desire.
